RETURNS

Our products have been carefully crafted to give you complete satisfaction.

However, if you change your mind, you have 15 days from receipt of your items to return them and request a refund.

Please note: We will only refund unopened products.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUND

If you have not received your product within three weeks of shipment, we will refund your money. 

We will also reimburse you for the cost of the Chronopost service if you still have not received your product within three days of its dispatch.

Please note: Once your order tracking indicates that it has been delivered to you, it is not possible for us to proceed with your reimbursement.

If this is the case, we invite you to make a complaint to the carrier, which we always do, so that a thorough investigation can be carried out.
